Spring Kick-off Weekend April 5-7, 2024
Come shake off the Winter blues and join us for the first official wine weekend. This weekend kicks off the wine season in the Valley, and wineries invite you to stop by and celebrate with exceptional experiences, pairings, and festivities.
Spring Release Weekend May 3-5, 2024
The first releases of a new vintage are the highlights of this weekend. The Valley’s winemakers are on hand to introduce their new wines and share the creative wine-making process. Visitors can be the first to enjoy the new vintage and take home a selection of wines, many of which can be found only by visiting the wineries and tasting rooms.
Celebrate Walla Walla Valley Wine – Cabernet Sauvignon July 11-13, 2024
Join over 60 Walla Walla Valley winemakers, three internationally known guest winemakers, and well-known wine critics and experts in exploring one of the world’s most beloved and noble red wine grape varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon. Contrast the growing conditions, wine styles, and wines of the Walla Walla Valley with the Bordeaux region of France, Tuscany, Italy, and Napa, California. Participate in special tastings of rare vintage wines, one-of-a-kind winemaker dinners, receptions with some of the Valley’s most acclaimed winemakers, and much more!
Fall Release Weekend November 1-3, 2024
Cellar doors are opening this time of year, and new releases are available for tasting. Mapping out a fun weekend adventure touring the wineries is a great fall tradition. In addition, the Valley embraces the cooler weather with winemaker dinners, live music, art festivals, and many more activities. Walla Walla Fall Release Weekend is an exciting time to savor the refreshing, brisk fall in the Valley.
Holiday Barrel Tasting December 6-8, 2024
This annual event, held the first weekend of December, will inspire your holiday spirit. Amidst the season’s festive atmosphere, season’s festive atmosphere winemakers and cellar staff provide samples of future releases straight from the barrel. New releases often include the barrel samples you tasted at the prior year’s event. In the true spirit of the Valley, each winery participates in its unique ways, offering various features, including art, music, and more.
